YOU choose what 5 MCs (or DJs, producers, groups, albums, etc) you want on your mug...leave your list in the "notes" section during checkout, and/or email djtrackstar@gmail.com with your 5. Within 48 hours you'll get a proof of your design, then once you approve the proof you should receive your mugwithin about a week.
**Since this is a personalized item, there will be no returns/refunds once the proof is approved and the product has begun the printing process--feel free to ask any questions up front if you have concerns**

We ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. When your item goes out, you receive an e-mail with tracking info.
Return policy:
Unworn ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days in new condition for refund or exchange. Print-on-demand items can be returned in exchange for ready-to-ship items only. If the error is on our end return shipping is covered, otherwise buyer is responsible for return postage.
